SOLD - 120 Acres to Caterpillar Inc. / Thursday, December 18th 2008

Michael Weiss and Nick Prater represnted the seller, Seguin Land Investments, LP, in the sale of 120 acres to Caterpillar Inc. for the development of a new 1,000,000 SF Manufacturing Plant in Seguin, Texas. Corbin Barker and Eduardo Gonzalez of CB Richard Ellis represnted the Buyers in the transaction. Doug Becker and Gerri Nash of Chicago Title Company handled the closing.
